All deck construction, repair, and remodeling estimates are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days. Formal contracts detailing exact scopes of work, materials, payment schedules, and project timelines are executed prior to breaking ground. All work strictly adheres to Virginia state residential building codes and Fairfax County zoning requirements.
Workmanship & Material Warranties
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive 5-year structural workmanship warranty on custom deck frames. In addition, composite deck boards and railing components carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 25 to 50 years.
